Golfers, tournament day is almost here. Here is what you need to know for day of:
SCHEDULE
6:30 a.m. — Registration is open! Sign in, get your grab bag, raffle number and T-shirt.
6:30 – 7:45 a.m. — Opportunity to buy raffle tickets and ball drop spots.
Check out the raffle items and disperse your tickets. Warm up at the driving range!
7:45 a.m. — Welcome announcements from KWB and Arrowhead Orthopaedics
7:50 a.m. — Guest speaker Davey Lind
7:55 a.m. — National Anthem
8:00 a.m. — Shotgun start!
8:00 a.m. – 1 p.m. — GOLF
1:00 p.m. — Lunch
2:00 p.m. — Helicopter Ball Drop
2:15 p.m. — Announce Contest Winners
2:20 p.m. — Raffle drawing
2:45 p.m. — Final Auction Bidding
3:00 p.m. — Closing Remarks and Check Reveal
Even though new registrations are closed, we still welcome donations and sponsorships.
If you are interested in staying the night near the golf tournament, there are several options nearby.
We suggest booking your room early.
Last year the Casino hotel had limited availability as we neared the tournament date.
Unfortunately, there are no discounted room rates or room blocks available at the Casino hotel.
